101.8 f fever to my one and half year baby from evening .... What to do now... He has some sardi feel from evening

Paracetamol 125 mg ..5 ml ..6th hourly..can be given 1-2 days...if dull,seek opinion soon...any other symptoms? Cold/cough? Fever cause need to be found...though viral is more common.
Next Steps
visit Dr if symptoms persist for 3 days or more.../ child is dull...etc
