Plz guide immediate action medicine on fever to 18months baby boy weight 10.900kg, also suffering from coughing. we gave calpol 5ml and cough syrup already. but fever reduces and comes again in 39 minutes. plz guide urgently

How long is The Fever been going on I would recommend trying ibugesic in place of Paracetamol, and sponging with water at room temperature over the entire body to reduce temperature, inundation you should see a pediatrician for further testing and evaluation
