  4. Fever 103° 2 days. Please suggest.

Fever 103° 2 days
Hello Drs My wife having fever since last 2 days, given calpol 650, fever Normalizes last day, again reoccur 103°F. Again a medical shop given diaclofenac and paracetamol combinations, fever Normalizes but again reoccur. Along with that i am giving GLUTAMINE 10-10-10 grms daily. Can you help me cure my wife sooner or suggest me better medicine. I have doubt over viral fever. Please suggest.
