  4. Fever 5 yr boy. Why fever i dont know?

From today morning fever 99 no running nose no cold symptomps.p250 5 ml given but in night temp got high 102.he vomitted the given dose after 1 hour.shall i give again 5 ml.why fever i dont know

You can repeat if vomited within 30 min,give the write dose according to weight,otherwise fever won't subside.
