Fever 99.5-100.5 F
I am feeling feverish ( 99.5-100.5 F) last two days and took two dolo 650 mg in the day, still fever remains 99°F. My menstrual periods are going on too. What precautions and diagnostic test, I should take? Please suggest.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from fever for 2 day and it indicate that you have viral or bacterial infection or any other systemic Infection
You should do test as CBC, ESR, CRP, LFT, KFT, Electrolytes Profiles and Urinalysis to know which infection you have.
On the basis of your current history you should take treatment as follow as
1-Cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 3 days before food.
2-Tab Taxim 200 mg 2 time per day for 3 days after food.
3-Cap Vizylac 1 time per day for 3 days after food
4-Cap Multivitamin A to Z gold 2 time per day for 3 days after food for strength and immunity.
Next Steps
Take this treatment as above and
if again you will get the fever and other symptom then please do test and take consultation for correct diagnosis and treatment.
