Last one week ago my baby suffer with fever..meftal-p m using..and baby neutrophils percentage is 47%.wbc-mild neutrophilic prominence...so please any suggestions...

Counts are OK,but depends how high TOTAL counts are(called TLC).
If fever is continuously occurring for more than 5 days,needs to be investigated by other tests.
Avoid meftal unless fever is 103 or more.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
