Fever and bodyache
I am having fever , around 100 , having body pain along with it. For last two days, fever subsides when I take paracetamol, had taken 1 dosage each day

Fever can be caused by many infections....and it is usually not possible to advise anything to u without examining and ordering some tests.
If it is viral it will subside by itself. For other causes u will need to take specific treatment on advice of ur physician.
