Hello my son is 16month age , Yesterday he ate yogurt,he started Cold sneeze , and also fever. afternoon fever temperatures is 97.7, pls What can I do medicine

Give cetirizine syp 2.5ml once a day for cold and sneezing...
If temperature is more than 99.4F then only its called fever...so temperature mentioned by you is normal...

The temperature that you mentioned is not fever.
Please elaborate the complaints. Sneezing is normal.
