It may be due to Common Cold. It usually resolves within 3-5 days. - Take Paracetamol 500mg SOS if fever more than 100 degree Ferhenheit - Drink plenty of water. ORS water is preferred. Mix 1 sachet of ORS powder in 1 litre of water. - Complete bed rest. - Eat healthy food. Chicken stu is Beneficial. - Avoid dusts. - Steam inhalation for 3-4 times a day to clear nose blockage and ear blockage.
