I m having fever and caught from morning and i took dolo and azithromycin morning and calpol now but my fever still 99.9 is it covid symptom or what to do now

Take the tablet for 3 days t.dolo 650 1-1-1 T.azithromycin 500  1-0-0 and drink plenty of warm water Avoid sweets In case any doubts text me here in practo app
