This problem is due to seasonal effects.

Hi..i would suggest that u meet with your gynaecologist so that she can suggest the medication for her..meanwhile u can try sponging with cold water to bring down the temperature and let her have lot of fluids. And with this high temperature Itz better to get it checked.
