Fever and itching in eyes
My 4year old son has fever from one day and cough from last two days and has itching in his eyes and after putting medicine its decreasing and again its getting high

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required,give steam inhalations for cold and cough 4-5 times a day.
If not improving in 3 days,consult your paediatrician.
