Good day Sir It's been one day having slight fever and moderate pain in both legs and back due to this I couldn't sleep last night. Taking paracetamol and anti biotic cepodeom. I Want to know any other good antibiotic for viral and common cold.

There is no antibiotic for viral infection You just need to maintain hydration and take Crocin if the fever is more than 100 degree Fahrenheit Things should settle in 3-4 days
