Fever and rashes
Hi,
My daughter of 3.5 years age having fever of 100 to 102 dec for 3 days. and started to have rashes in whole body. we had blood test done the result shows negative for dengu.... but the WBC and platelet count reduced gradually for 2 days. Today he WBC count - 3500 cells/Cu.mm and platelet count 1,30,000 cells/cumm. But her activities are normal and she is playin like regular day. What could me the reason for the reduction in WBC and platelet count... need your help

Hi.
This might b dengue though reports of serology for dengue negative.
Just hydrate her properly at least 2liter per day of water and juices.
DON'T GIVE IBUGESIC CONTAINING MEDICATIONS, LIKE COMBIflam.ibugesic plus .
Give plane paracetamol syrup.
