Fever and runny nose with tiredness

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Tiredness... I've been taking flexon and amoxicillin 500 every 8 hour. Since yesterday stopped taking flexon as don't have fever anymore. In addition, I've been taking neurokind gold (multivitamin) a pill a day since last year lockdown started Purpose of consulting a doctor now is because I feel exhausted and not getting hungry. Forcibly taking some food because I know if I'll not eat, will get ill badly.

Stop taking antibiotic if you are free of symptoms and take antacid like cap pan d once a day as gastritis may be the cause behind loss of appetite. Feeling exhausted then have fruit juices
