I am having fever from last 20 days but my fever comes from 6:00 to 11:00 and my fever is 100.4 -101 my doctor said you have mild spleen enlargement and I have taken antibiotic's now I don't take medicine

It is a sign of TB (tuberculosis) Get a test done for TB Montoux test
