  4. Fever and throat pain. Mostly in night!

I have fever since 3 days I get fever and when I take medicines it is cured and I have Thorat pain too and fever comes mostly in night

You are having sore throat . So only analgesic is not enough you may need antibiotics too . So you must visit a physician nearby to get examined and advise proper treatment.
