Fever and vomiting tendency lack of appe

Asked for Male, 4 Years

My son is 3 & half yr old... He is suffering from fever last 4 days & he is also having vomiting tendency and lack of appetite...I am using cefixime+ofloxacin 100dt & and dolo 650 and ondem... But still he is not fine
