Fever and watery eyes
My 5-year son is getting the fever since today morning along with watery eyes. Temperature is not stable some time its going up and some time going down.

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. If not accompanied by any other symptoms,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
