I have been having body pain since two weeks, and 2 days back i got high fever with nausea feeling. I had Paracetamol to subside the fever but its still there

Get the following tests done and follow up with the reports immediately. CBC, ESR , Widal, Typhidot IGG, IGM, Urinalysis Complete . PS for MP. Malaria Serology. SGOT , SGPT
