Fever n cold to 1 and half year old baby from 2 days .running nose i want to take baby in clinic nw is it 24 hrs.

Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat 4 hourly if required. Give steam inhalations 3-4 times a day. If not improving in 2 days,consult your paediatrician.
