My baby is having fever since 2 days .what is the dose and time of meftal p

Meftal p can be given once in every 8 hrs if temperature is above 102 F, but the dose depends on the weight of the baby
Next Steps
Paracetamol will be the safest medicine for fever, It's better to stick to paracetamol if fever is mild ( 100 F - 102F)
