  4. Fever from 3 days. Between 3 am to 5am!

Fever from 3 days.
Frequent fever from 3 days. Giving paracetamol but subsides fever for 4-6 hrs only. fever mostlt comes back in evening or mid night / early morning between 3 am to 5am

Please see your Pediatrician. Will need to evaluate and get tests done, where indicated. There's a source of infection that needs to be identified and treated.
