  4. Fever from last 9 days. Please suggest!

Fever from last 9 days
Fever from last nine days after every alternate days my fever comes and goes temp will remain 99.5 to 100.5 I am taking medicine on regular basis even my blood report is normal doc gave me moxclav375, Paracetamol 500mg,CoBaDex Forte please suggest

Please Take Cap wokride D   5 1 on empty stomach Tab quinarsol  10 300mg 1 1 Tab calpol 5 1 sos for fever Tab fastclav  10 250 mg 1 1 Sy becosule 2 tsf two times a day Re Consult after 5 days
