Fever like conditions
I have flu like conditions for 3 days . Started with cough and sore throat on first day. Pain in whole body and fever on day 2. And now on day 3 no fever. Cough and pain has also reduced but still continue. Especially there is pain in leg and back. Overall Feeling of weakness.

Drink plenty of water,eat soft foods like cooked cereal, mashed potatoes, soft fruits, yogurt and soft-cooked eggs...give adequate rest to your body..Avoid spicy foods or acidic foods. Gargle with warm salt water. gargling several times a day can help relieve throat pain...take over the counter pain killers for leg pain....Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...regards.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It looks like you have been affected by a seasonal flu itself. Its a viral thing which requires only symptomatic management. Drink lots of water. Do salt water gargles thrice a day. Have a sofy diet. You can take a paracetamol 650mg for pain or fever. Have lots of fruits and vegetables. Cap. Hello. You can use tab Afluocil of Trishun availavle at ayurvedas stores 1 tab 3 times a day and syrup amrutarista 3 tsp with 3 spoons water after food 3 times a day for 5 days. medicines available at ayurveda stores
