Fever n vomiting
My daughter is 10 years old. She is having vomitings dr diagnosed her with abdominal flu and gave her ondem sos n carom sachet. After 1 dose she is having fever 101 degrees can i give her crocin ds 240 suspension

Yes, you can give paracetamol for fever. Rest continue same. If loose motion started prevent dehydration by giving ORS.
