Fever not subsiding even after Meftal P
Hello
My son is 2 years 4 months old. He has fever of 102.5 even after giving Meftal p. I gave him 2.5 ml meftal p suspension at 9:30 pm and even after an hour and a half his fever has not subsided!
His weight is 11.4 kilos

The fastest way to bring down high temperature is making him stand under a shower,in addition to meftal,increase dose to 4 ml,repeat after 6 hours if required.
For temperature lower than 103, use syp combiflam 6 ml,which can be repeated 4 hourly.
