Your fever is not high..This not clear from your query regarding the associated symptoms and duration of treatment. However, you should continue treatment and Paracetamol-650 if there is fever.. You should follow up your doctor for relevant investigation regarding cause of fever and treatment accordingly

Well...fever is just a symptom...there can be many causes for it...more history will be needed for diagnosis.
Since it is more than 5days now...you should get investigated for cause of fever.
If u have any cough, breathlessness, sore throat or nasal congestion please get covid 19 tested.
If not....consult a physician for appropriate tests and antibiotics if needed.

Fever for 5 days , and not responding for routine antibiotics need evaluation and blood tests..
Just take Dolo 650mg and take a consultation
