Fever sore throat weaknes
Since Monday I an having fever of around 101 degrees . Since Wednesday morning, the fever has come down to 98.8 degrees but the throat has gone really bad. I am gargling 4 times a day with luke warm salt water but doesn't seem to improve. Still I have feeling of weakness even through fever has come down. Occasionally mucus a is coming out of my nose , it seems like my head  still has cold. My suspicion is that the cold and fever started from head only as the previous day the fever started I was sitting under the AC for a long time. Any suggestions or medications ?
