My 6 years 10 month boy had fever last night from 7:15 pm onwards... Due to durga puja there is no nearest doctor... But one month ago same problem was occured... So I continued the same medicine along with calpol 500 ..and taximo DT 100 ..fever is coming after 4 to 5 hours interval...Is it viral fever??? Suggest

As per the history you are giving, taximo DT is not an anti-viral but a anti-bacterial medicine. In case this medicine was prescribed earlier, it was a bacterial infection earlier. But regarding the present symptoms it can be a viral infection if the fever is coming on intervals.
Next Steps
stop taximo DT, but continue calpol 500 twice a day.
and more importantly get the blood investigations done for the confirmatory diagnosis.
