My daughter 3yr 8 month old two days fever 103,102 temp consulted MBBS Dr . dose pcm 5ml and ceffexime 5ml but not clear fever

If baby has only fever then it could be most likely viral fever.
Keep on giving IBUGESIC PLUS 6 ml thrice a day for next two days, irrespective of fever.
Observe for other symptoms which appear.
And if she develops cough or anything else, then do visit doctor, pediatrician.
