Fever with breaks since last night
I have been getting fever with breaks i.e., fever for sometime and then i took dolo 360 it went...after 5-6hrs again fever. It has happend like this for about 3 times and I have taken 3 tablets till noon since yesterday.

Hello. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. As per your history given, you are suffering from fever intermittently of 1 day duration, although history is not complete like, fever with chills and rigors, joint Pain, nausea or vomiting, Pain abdomen. Anyhow you will have Tab. Dolo ( 650 mg) as required. Untill then you should go for the following investigations as follows :
1. NS 1 Antigen for Denue fever
2. Serum Widal test & Typhidot rapid Igm for typhoid
3. Malarial Antigen with peripheral smear for malaria.
4. Complete blood count ( CBC)
