My baby 2.5 year old having cold from last two days and today suddenly having fever and also saying stomach pain sometime.i have given crocin da 3.5 ml and he done vomit same time.now what i can do

Syp Grandem 1.3 ml od x 2 days, Tminic drop 1.3 ml 8hourly x 3 days,, Syp Crocin ds 3.5 ml 6 hourly
