Hi
My wife is experiencing fever with joint pains from 2 days. Fever increases only in night. She is taking dolo650 and voveran 100mg for pain. Kindly suggest how to proceed further. She is a breastfeeding mother. She has not gone out of house from many days.

It can be a viral fever due to season change.. monitor her temperature once in 6 hours,, if temperature touches 100 degree it is safe to use paracetamol tablet, avoid other pain killers if possible .. that too she is breastfeeding let her take plenty of fluids ,if fever is not subsiding better get a cbc test done to find out the cause..
