Hello,I'm 19 and I've been diagnosed with a fibroadenoma in my breast which is approximately about 2cms. The doctor I visited has suggested me to check the tumour by doing FNAC. Can the benign tumor be harmed due to the FNAC? Is it safe to perform FNAC or will it increase the risk of turning to tumor into a malignant one?

No risk of turning into malignancy at the same time if it is fibroadenoma on USG- FNAC should not be performed, If it is paining, go for removal, why leave it there
