Wait for some time. After you have stopped breastfeeding your baby you should get your sonomammography done. The further treatment will depend on the size of fibroadenomas and your symptoms. Fibroadenomas are benign. So waiting for a few months will not make any difference to the prognosis.

This could also be a galactocoele (blocked milk duct), in which case you can apply hot compress and gently massage and express the milk out. Better to get examined by your doctor and have a scan done to know what is the cause and how to treat.
