Fibroid ,cyst (but its gone) & in 2013 w
Fibroid in Aug 2018 of 5 cm , & in 2013 was detected with urothelial carcinoma grade 2,which was cured by Surgery n follow up for 4 yrs was negative.
Since 1 month pain in left lower abdomen ,done sonography n found Fibroid increased to 7cm , & cystiss , unable to clear complete urine ( empty bladder)

As u 37 years , there are chances tht fibroid will still grow and cause u trouble
If there is problem in emptying the bladder , the fibroid might be pressing over ur bladder
Next Steps
get a fresh recent sono graphy and you should opt for myomectomy
