Finger cut in newborn
Hi doctor,
My baby is 1month 18days old. Today while cutting nail accidentally finger skin got cut. I am tensed. Please advice what I can do to heal the wound. Is TT injection needed?

Apply any antiseptic ointment like T Bact or neosporin 3 times a day for 5 days. Follow his routine vaccination schedule, which includes TT.

If you have taken two dose of TT during pregnancy then no need to take. Consult pediatrician and do dressing.
