Temper tantrums to gain attention and approval  is seen in some children especially when the gap between first and second is not much. The elder child can be clingy, refuse certain things unless given attention and may start behaving in a dependent manner. However,  it is quickly and completely overcome with Homoeopathy and some guidance to parents on how to handle.

Hello miss. Good morning. Already few doctors have addressed you the issues, I just want to add one thing. At this small age of ur child , you must avoid any prescription of homeopathy or allopathy . The issue has to be addressed only " Psychotherapies" that means no role of any sort of medicines only some behavioral therapy will gradually change her behaviour and ur perspectives towards both of ur babies.
Next Steps
Consult a ("Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist" both are same) and discuss all her tamper tantrums in detail. Plan a psychotherapy that suits settings of ur family dynamics.
Health Tips
Avoid using any medicine ( homeopathy or allopathy) from any Doctor at this small age. . Take care. ** Have a safe peaceful day **
