Fissure after delivery
I was diagnosed with anal fissure and sentinel tag after my delivery.I got my anus examined. Proctoscopy wasn't conducted and attached is the detailed report. As of now doctor has suggested to take chymoral plus twice a day for seven days, sitz bath with betadine, ointment lidocaine 5% before defecation and anometrogyl after defecation. I'm already taking high fibre diet and softovac as stool softener. Today when I defecated, there was some bleeding with a tiny blood clot, continued with sharp pains as usual. Is there any other faster way to recover apart from surgery as the doctor himself didn't suggest surgery as the fissure is internal and my baby is too small. Is this blood clot normal?

You are already on correct medication , wait and watch. It should be fine in about 3-5 days. A small blood clot is nothing to worry. In case you are not better after 7days too ,then I can help you with Homeopathic medication which would give immeidate results.

Hi , fissure & sentinel tag can be treated with proper ayurvedic treatment. Ayurvedic treatment is also safe in feeding . Xylocaine gel will just kill pain . It will not heal or cure fissure .
