Fissure Problem
I have bleeding pain and burning sensation since 1 week . Some time 8 to 10 drops or some time 4 to 5 drops but it's not stop. I eat plenty of vegetable & fruits. Take Dobesil capsule and use Ano bliss medicine but it's not working. Then doctor prescribe me pause 500 and doctor told me it's a fissure. Still now I take 2 pause 500  but bleeding is not stop. What can I do now ? ? It's very serious problem or not?? Please suggest me.

Looks like you have anal fissure and may be underlying some degree of haemorrhoids (piles). First thing is to deal with the anal fissure, if it’s not healing by conservative management which you took, may need surgical intervention.
Next Steps
Need an examination though..
