Fistula surgery by laser treatment
I have undergone fistula surgery by laser treatment. Fistula was at 6'o' clock position, I can see open space where they have operated. However there is no bleeding or discharge, no pain too. Is it normal to keep the tract little open? Will it heal automatically? Kindly suggest

Post Fistulectomy, the wound is left open to heal. Although regular Sitz bath is adviced to avoid any recurrence of infection.

It's normal to keep track open, usually it heals. Mind it, fistulas are know for recurrence so you need to have patience...follow instructions given by your operating surgeon...
