I had a very large fistula surgery and there is think layer left in anus to control. Now I'm having pain when seated for 10 minutes, but it is not due to fistula, the pain is due to the thin layer. Seated for very long time increases the pain drastically. Not able to ride bike and travel. Please suggest remedy.

Hi... As long as you are not having purulent discharge from the surgical site..... Need not worry...... Its a part of healing......could be controlled with analgesics .... But its better to have a regular followup post surgery....
