Hiii i have a felexible flat feet problem but i eant to join indian army what should i do to cure it i have time for 3 yr

You have plenty of time. If it is a painful flat foot meet a foot and ankle orthopaedician. If it is painless physiotherapy and arch supports from orthotist help.
