For 5 days I've been experiencing body aches, chills, fever, racing heart, headache and sore throat only on the right and stabbing pain in my arms and legs that alternates sides of my body. Last Friday I went to the gym and when I woke up the next morning I was more sore than usual. At first I thought it was because I hadn't worked out in two weeks but that evening I started getting chills and my body felt less sore and more achy. I have no congestion, no coughing, no sneezing, no sinus issues. My lymph nodes are very swollen on the left side of my face. I went to my schools infirmary and was told I have a cold but these symptoms aren't consistent with my usual cold sysnptoms which have been the same all my life. Additionally, when I wake in fine. The symptoms start to appear around late afternoon into the evening. I'll go to bed with a fever and it will break at some point in the night. No stomach ache. No appetite changes.
