Flu-like symptoms
I have been extremely fatigued and feel flu-like a lot. I have 2 episodes of spinning sensations when lying down. Now I have had 2 nose bleeds which I never have. I bruise all over with no trauma, one was at the bottom of my foot. I am just so weak.
