Fluid collection in abdomen/pelvis
Did the sonography and found below issue. There is minimal free fluid collection in abdomen/pelvis. There are multiple 10 to 15 mm size mesenteric lymphnode in pre / para aortic and right iliac fossa region. Conclusion :There is E/O minimal ascites with mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Please help me to understand the problem and where should i get him for treatment.

It could be normal or may be a sign of infection or even a serious health issue. Why did you do the sonography. I presume he has some abdominal symptoms.
