My general physicion has advised fluticone ox nasal spray for blocked noses. Can I use it for longer period of time ? Is it safe to use ?

No it cannot be used for longer duration because it has ox compound in it, which is oxymetazoline, which can cause a condition in nose called as Rhinitis medicamentosa
