Hello sir, i am not able to focus on my studies as close as my GATE paper is reaching and it has been since my childhood whenever the paper appears close i lose interest in my studies. PLEASE HELP ME OUT

This may be because of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperkinetic Disorder). You should consult a Psychiatrist along with the person familiar with your childhood behaviour (parents most likely). Attention Deficit leads to difficulty in tasks and avoidance of tasks requiring sustained attention.
