Folic acid tablet
Shall i use Shatavari as an alternative of folic acid tablet xfert-F ? i want to increase my ovulation and health to get pregnant. Please advice.

You cannot replace Folic Acid with shatavari. Deficiency of this vitamin can cause serious abnormality in baby.
